| Illinois Lieutenant Governor Pat Quinn Honors "SI Yellow Ribbon" December 4, 2003 Lieutenant Governor Pat Quinn flew down to Harrisburg to make a speech for the press and then presented the co-coordinators Amy Oxford and Kathy Williams each with a Declaration on behalf of the state of Illinois, honoring their work and commitment to the Campaign. | On Friday August 15, 2003, coordinators of "SI Yellow Ribbon", Amy Oxford and Kathy Williams were honored on WSIL TV during the "Unsung Hero" segment. In 2004, they were chosen again for the Unsung Heroes during the Veterans Day segment on WSIL. |

| On May 11, 2004 "SI Yellow Ribbon" co-coordinator Amy Oxford was honored at a dinner in Evansville, Indiana. "Leadership Evansville" honored outstanding volunteers in the tri-state area. Amy was the recipient of the "2004 Celebration of Leadership Award" in the "Government & Public Service" Category. |
